Parkour Program

Parkour is KTR's newest training program that encourages fitness and skill development by using an obstacle course style training system. Parkour was developed in France by the military, and has since grown into a world-wide, recognized sport. The fundamentals of Parkour are climbing, vaulting, jumping and landing, flipping and tricking. All skills are developed in our Parkour programming. Our programs are relevant for the beginner, or for any level of athlete in gymnastics, baseball, soccer, basketball, football, track and field, wrestling... Participants will gain increased flexibility, strength, balance and quick movements. Both males and females are encouraged to sign-up for our Parkour programs. We make learning fun and safe for all skill levels.

Program Descriptions

Level 1 Class

Our Level 1 course is designed for the beginner (age 5 and above).
The Level 1 class assists participants with proper progressions and encourages social interaction and fun. Students will be introduced to proper body positions, safety rolls, climbing, hanging, jumping, and conditioning drills.

Level 1- Class Time (1HR)

Mon, Tues, Wed or Thurs: 4-5pm
Wed: 5-6pm
Sat: 9am, 10am & 11am

AGES 9 & Up
Mon, Tues or Thurs:
5-6 pm & 6-7pm
Sat: 10am & 11am

Level 2 Class

Our Level 2 course is designed to challenge participants with a higher level of fitness. The Level 2 class builds on the skills learned in Level 1. Students will be taught more difficult vaults, leaps, swings, spins and flips. Participants may enroll in the Level 2 class after completing Level 1, or after completing a physical fitness and skill related test.

Level 2- Class Time (2HRS)

Fridays: 4-6 pm
Tues, Thurs: 6-8pm

Level 3

The level 3 parkour tricking class is designed to challenge participants with the fundamentals of tricking and high level fitness. This class will build on the skills learned in level 2 and teach advanced parkour techniques. Participants may enroll in this class after completing the Level 1 and 2 parkour classes and or completing and passing physical fitness and skill-related tests.

Level 3 - Class Time (1HR)

Tuesdays: 4-6 pm

Open Parkour Sessions

Open Parkour sessions are available seven day/wk for participants who want use of KTR Parkour obstacles and equipment on their own time. Please check the hours page for any changes to schedule.

If you're 14 years or older, then Tuesday and Thursday nights from 8-10PM are for you! When you purchase our monthly pass for just $40/mo. you receive unlimited Tues/Thurs. 8-10PM sessions each month! That's a 50% savings!

Free-Trial Lessons/Class Enrollment

If you are interested in joining one of our parkour classes, we offer a free-trial class for new members in order to place your child at the appropriate level. Trials are scheduled during regular class hours.

More About The Program

Who Are Our Coaches?

Our Coaches are professionals active with USA Parkour and the WFPF. All have years of training and experience coaching gymnastics and parkour.

What Should I Wear?

Wear comfortable workout clothes. Sweat pants, shorts, t-shirts. Gym shoes only please.

What if my son/daughter is a minor?

Ages 17 and under must have a completed Online Waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian before using the facility. 18 and over must also fill out the Online Waiver.
